Casanova 300 – Tasting Menu in Venice

An experience between seduction and tradition

To celebrate the 300th anniversary of Giacomo Casanova’s birth, we have created a tasting menu inspired by his tastes and his story. A tribute to the most famous seducer of the Serenissima, a regular guest of our restaurant.
A gastronomic journey that retraces his life through flavours and inspirations of the time, accompanied by a selection of dedicated wine pairings.

A dish inspired by his childhood, when he lived in Calle Malipiero: “My mother gave birth to me in Venice, on April 2nd, Easter Day of the year 1725. She craved shrimp. I like them very much.”
